An application for an unexplained wealth order may be made without notice. Provision may be made by rules of court as to the discharge and variation of unexplained wealth orders. An application to discharge or vary an unexplained wealth order may be made to the Court of Session by— the Scottish Ministers, or any person affected by the order. The Court of Session may— discharge the order; vary the order.
