Section 396Q(7)

Subsection (8) applies in a case where— the receiver deals with property that is not property in respect of which the receiver was appointed under section 396P, but at the time of dealing with the property the receiver believed on reasonable grounds that he or she was entitled to do so by virtue of his or her appointment.
