Section 41(5A)

A legal aid exception— must be made subject to prescribed restrictions (if any) on— the circumstances in which payments may be made in reliance on the exception, or the amount of the payments that may be made in reliance on the exception, must be made subject to other prescribed conditions (if any), and may be made subject to other conditions.
