Section 431

In sections 426, 427 and 430 “company” includes a limited liability partnership which may be wound up under the 1986 Act. A reference in those sections to a company passing a resolution for its voluntary winding up is to be construed in relation to a limited liability partnership as a reference to the partnership making a determination for its voluntary winding up.
