Section 460(3)

Subject to anything in this Act— any sums received by the Director of Public Prosecutions ... or the Director of the Serious Fraud Office in consequence of this Act are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund; and any sums received by the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland in consequence of this Act are to be paid to the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland, and any sums received by the Financial Conduct Authority in consequence of this Act are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
