Section 89(2)

Subject to rules of court made under section 53(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 (c. 54) (distribution of business between civil and criminal divisions) the criminal division of the Court of Appeal is the division— to which an appeal to that Court under this Part is to lie, and which is to exercise that Court’s jurisdiction under this Part.
