Section 99(11)

But subsection (10) does not apply if before it made the confiscation order the court has— imposed a fine on the accused; made an order falling within section 97(3); made an order under section 249 of the Procedure Act; made a restitution order; ordered the accused under section 253F(2) of the Procedure Act to pay a victim surcharge.
