Schedule 10, paragraph 2(5)

A notice under sub-paragraph (4) shall state— the proposed modifications; the reasons for them; and the period (not less than 7 days starting with the date of the publication of the notice under sub-paragraph (4)) within which representations may be made in relation to the proposed modifications.
