Schedule 16, paragraph 110

The Secretary of State may by order amend a provision of this Schedule which— requires anything to be done within a specified period of time, prevents anything from being done after a specified time, or requires a specified minimum period of notice to be given. An order under this paragraph— must be made by statutory instrument, and shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
