Schedule 16, paragraph 13(1)

On hearing an administration application the court may— make the administration order sought; dismiss the application; adjourn the hearing conditionally or unconditionally; make an interim order; treat the application as a winding-up petition and make any order which the court could make under section 125; make any other order which the court thinks appropriate.
