Schedule 16, paragraph 24(2)

This paragraph also applies for the period of 12 months beginning with the date on which a voluntary arrangement in respect of a company ends if— the arrangement was made during a moratorium for the company under Schedule A1, and the arrangement ends prematurely (within the meaning of section 7B).
