Schedule 16, paragraph 44(4)

This paragraph also applies from the time when a copy of notice of intention to appoint an administrator is filed with the court under paragraph 27(1) until— the appointment of the administrator takes effect, or the period specified in paragraph 28(2) expires without an administrator having been appointed.
