Schedule 16, paragraph 45

While a company is in administration every business document issued by or on behalf of the company or the administrator must state— the name of the administrator, and that the affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by him. Any of the following commits an offence if without reasonable excuse he authorises or permits a contravention of sub-paragraph (1)— the administrator, an officer of the company, and the company. In sub-paragraph (1) “business document” means— an invoice, an order for goods or services, and a business letter.
