Schedule 16, paragraph 9(4)

In this paragraph— “authorised deposit taker” means a person with permission under Part IV of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (c. 8) to accept deposits, and “the general prohibition” has the meaning given by section 19 of that Act.
