Schedule 17, paragraph 29

Section 243 (unfair preferences: Scotland) shall be amended as follows. In subsection (1) for “the making of an administration order in relation to the company” substitute “ the company enters administration ”. In subsection (4)(b) for “in the case of an administration order” substitute “ where the company has entered administration ”.
