Schedule 17, paragraph 54(3)

After subsection (3) insert— In subsection (3) the reference to making an administration application includes a reference to— appointing an administrator under paragraph 14 or 22 of Schedule B1 to the 1986 Act, or filing with the court a copy of notice of intention to appoint an administrator under either of those paragraphs.
