Schedule 24, paragraph 13(1)

Subject to paragraphs 15 to 18, the old law shall continue to apply where— two or more enterprises have ceased to be distinct enterprises (within the meaning of Part 5 of the 1973 Act); and the cessation has occurred before the appointed day.
