Schedule 24, paragraph 14(3)

In this paragraph— “monopoly reference” has the meaning given by section 5(3) of the 1973 Act; and “the old law” means Part 4 of the 1973 Act and any related provision of law (including, in particular, any modification made under section 276(2) to that Part or any such provision).
