Schedule 24, paragraph 15(1)

Section 94(1) to (6) shall apply in relation to any undertaking— as it applies in relation to enforcement undertakings under Part 3. accepted (whether before, on or after the appointed day) by a Minister of the Crown— in pursuance of a proposal under section 56A of the 1973 Act; or under section 56F, 75G or 88 of that Act; and of a description specified in an order made by the Secretary of State under this paragraph;
