Schedule 24, paragraph 18(2)

Compliance with an undertaking accepted by a group constituted by the chair of the CMA under Schedule 4 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (“CMA group”) under paragraph 16 or an order made by a CMA group under paragraph 17 shall also be enforceable by civil proceedings brought by a CMA group for an injunction or for interdict or for any other appropriate relief or remedy.
