Schedule 24, paragraph 20(4)

For the purposes of this paragraph— “commencement date” means the day on which section 207 comes into force; “designation” means designation under paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the 1998 Act; and “the transitional period” means the period of three months beginning with the commencement date.
