Schedule 24, paragraph 6

In this paragraph— “commencement” means the commencement of section 2(1); “transferred” means transferred by section 2(1). Anything which— shall be treated as if done by or in relation to the OFT. has been done by or in relation to the Director for the purposes of or in connection with anything transferred; and is in effect immediately before commencement, Anything (including legal proceedings) which— may be continued by or in relation to the OFT. relates to anything transferred; and is in the process of being done by or in relation to the Director immediately before it is transferred, Nothing in section 2 or this paragraph affects the validity of anything done by or in relation to the Director before commencement.
