Schedule 25, paragraph 10(6)

In section 17 (laying before Parliament and publication of reports)— in subsections (1), (3) and (4), the words “or 13(5)” shall cease to have effect; in subsection (4), for the words “against the public interest” there is substituted “ inappropriate ”; for subsection (5) there is substituted— In deciding what is inappropriate for the purposes of subsection (4) the Secretary of State shall have regard to the considerations mentioned in section 244 of the Enterprise Act 2002.
