Schedule 25, paragraph 10(8)

In section 31 (orders and regulations)— in subsection (1) the words “or regulations” shall cease to have effect; in subsection (3)— the words “regulations under this Act or” shall cease to have effect; after “11(4)” there is inserted “ , 11D ”; after “above” there is inserted “ , or section 111(4) or (6) or 114(3)(b) or (4)(b) of the Enterprise Act 2002 as applied by section 11B(1)(c) or (f) above, ”; subsection (4) shall cease to have effect; after subsection (4) there is inserted— Any power of the Secretary of State to make an order under this Act — may be exercised so as to make different provision for different cases or different purposes; and includes power to make such incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitory, transitional or saving provision as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
