Schedule 25, paragraph 13(7)

In section 48 (publication of information and advice), after subsection (3) there is inserted— The Office of Fair Trading shall consult the Director before publishing under section 6 of the Enterprise Act 2002 any information or advice which may be published by the Director under this section.
