Schedule 25, paragraph 15(9)

In section 35 (publication of information and advice), after subsection (3) there is inserted— The Office of Fair Trading shall consult the Authority before publishing under section 6 of the Enterprise Act 2002 any information or advice which may be published by the Authority under this section.
