Schedule 25, paragraph 24(7)

In section 194A (relevant agreements)— for “Director” (in each place) there is substituted “ OFT ”; in subsection (7)(a)— for “he” there is substituted “ it ”; for “his” there is substituted “ its ”; in subsection (8), for “he” (in both places) there is substituted “ it ”; in subsection (9)— the definition of “Director” shall cease to have effect; and after the definition of “Chapter III powers” there is inserted— “OFT” means the Office of Fair Trading;
