Schedule 25, paragraph 25(10)

In section 206 (restriction on disclosure of information), in subsection (9A)— for “the Director General of Fair Trading” there is substituted “ the OFT ”; for “sections 55 and 56 of that Act (disclosure)” there is substituted “ Part 9 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (Information) ”.
