Schedule 25, paragraph 25(8)

In section 31 (functions of Director with respect to competition)— subsection (1) shall cease to have effect; in subsection (3), for “the Director General of Fair Trading, the functions of that Director” there is substituted “ the OFT, the functions of the OFT ”; in subsection (4A), for “the Director General of Fair Trading” there is substituted “ the OFT ”; in subsection (8), for “the Director General of Fair Trading” there is substituted “ the OFT ”.
