Schedule 25, paragraph 3

The Public Records Act 1958 is amended as follows. In Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 (definition of public records)— the entry relating to the Office of the Director General of Fair Trading shall cease to have effect; the following entries are inserted at the appropriate places— Competition Service Office of Fair Trading.
