Schedule 25, paragraph 30(2)

In section 4 (general duties of the Secretary of State and the Regulator)— in subsection (2)(a), the words from “in cases where” to “market” shall cease to have effect; in subsection (7B), for “the Director General of Fair Trading” there is substituted “ the Office of Fair Trading ”; subsection (8) shall cease to have effect.
