In section 33(2) (competition and anti-competitive practices)— for the words from the beginning to “orders)” there is substituted “ Schedule 8 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (provision that may be contained in enforcement orders) ”; for “a competition” there is substituted “ an enforcement ”.
