In section 28 (power to enter premises under a warrant)— in subsection (1), for “Director” (in both places) there is substituted “ OFT ”; in subsection (2)— for “Director” there is substituted “ OFT ”; for “his officers whom he” there is substituted “ the OFT’s officers whom the OFT ”.
