In section 33 (directions in relation to conduct)— in subsection (1), for “Director” and “he” (in each place) there is substituted “ OFT ” and “ it ” respectively; in subsection (2), for “Director’s”, “his” and “him” there is substituted “ OFT’s ”, “ its ” and “ it ” respectively.
