In section 36 (penalty for infringing Chapter 1 or Chapter 2 prohibition)— for “Director” (in each place) there is substituted “ OFT ”; in subsections (1) and (2), for “him” there is substituted “ the OFT ”; in subsection (3), for “he” there is substituted “ the OFT ”.
