In section 40 (limited immunity in relation to the Chapter 2 prohibition)— for “Director” (in each place) there is substituted “ OFT ”; in subsection (4), for “he” (in both places) and “his” there is substituted “ it ” and “ its ” respectively; in subsection (5), for “his” there is substituted “ its ”.
