Schedule 25, paragraph 38(35)

In section 45 (the Competition Commission), after subsection (7) there is inserted— The Secretary of State may by order make such modifications in Part 2 of Schedule 7 and in Schedule 7A (performance of the Competition Commission’s general functions) as he considers appropriate for improving the performance by the Competition Commission of its functions.
