In section 52 (advice and information)— in subsections (2) and (3), for “Director” there is substituted “ OFT ”; in subsection (4), for “Director” and “him” there is substituted “ OFT ” and “ it ” respectively; in subsection (5), for “Director” and “he” there is substituted “ OFT ” and “ it ” respectively; in subsection (6), for “Director” and “he” (in both places) there is substituted “ OFT ” and “ it ” respectively; in subsection (8), for “Director” there is substituted “ OFT ”.
