Schedule 25, paragraph 38(41)

In section 54 (regulators)— in subsection (1), for the words from “any person” to the end of the subsection there is substituted — the Director General of Telecommunications; the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority; the Director General of Electricity Supply for Northern Ireland; the Director General of Water Services; the Rail Regulator; the Director General of Gas for Northern Ireland; and the Civil Aviation Authority. for “Director” (in each place) there is substituted “ OFT ”.
