In section 62 (power to enter premises: Commission investigation)— in subsection (1), for “Director” there is substituted “ OFT ”, and in subsection (5)— in paragraph (a), for “Director” there is substituted “ OFT ”; in paragraph (b), for “his officers whom he” there is substituted “ the OFT’s officers whom the OFT ”.
