In Schedule 8 (appeals)— for “Director” (in each place) there is substituted “ OFT ”; in paragraph 2(2)(c), for “Director’s exercise of his” there is substituted “ OFT’s exercise of its ”; in paragraph 3(2)(d) and (e), for “himself” there is substituted “ itself ”.
