In section 40 (enforcement of agreements made by unlicensed trader)— for “Director” (in each place) there is substituted “ OFT ”; in subsection (3)— for “he” (in both places) there is substituted “ it ”; in paragraph (a), for “his” there is substituted “ its ”; in subsection (5), for “he” there is substituted “ it ”.
