Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 1

The Service shall consist of— the President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal; the Registrar of the Competition Appeal Tribunal; and one or more appointed members. An appointed member shall be appointed by the Secretary of State after consulting the President.
