Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 1A(4)

For the purposes of this paragraph, “relevant proceedings” means proceedings under— section 47A or 47B of the 1998 Act; section 101 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024; paragraph 7 of Schedule 9 to the Football Governance Act 2025.
