For the purposes of sub-paragraph (2)(b)— “provision for security” means provision authorising the Tribunal, in specified circumstances, to order a party to the proceedings, if he wishes to continue to participate in them, to pay a deposit not exceeding such sum as may be specified or calculated in a specified manner; and “supplemental provision”, in relation to security, means provision as to— the manner in which the amount of a deposit is to be determined; the consequences of non-payment of a deposit; the circumstances in which the deposit, or any part of it, may be refunded to the person who paid it or paid to another party to the proceedings.
