Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 17(5)

A person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with— is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale. any requirement imposed by virtue of sub-paragraph (1)(c); or any requirement with respect to the disclosure, production, recovery or inspection of documents which is imposed by virtue of sub-paragraph (1)(f),
