Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 19

Tribunal rules may make provision allowing the Tribunal to order that interest is payable on any sum awarded by the Tribunal or on any fees ordered to be paid under paragraph 20. That provision may include provision— as to the circumstances in which such an order may be made; as to the manner in which, and the periods in respect of which, interest is to be calculated and paid.
