Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 20

Tribunal rules may provide— for fees to be chargeable in respect of specified costs of proceedings; and for the amount of such costs to be determined by the Tribunal. Any sums received in respect of such fees shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
