Schedule 7, paragraph 8(1)

Sub-paragraph (2) applies where— a reference has been made under section 45(4) or (5) or 62(3); and no orders under paragraph 2 are in force in relation to the relevant merger situation concerned or (as the case may be) the special merger situation concerned.
