Schedule 7, paragraph 8(3)

The consent of the Secretary of State under sub-paragraph (2)— may be general or specific; may be revoked by the Secretary of State; and shall be published in such manner as the Secretary of State considers appropriate for bringing it to the attention of any person entitled to the benefit of it.
